General Inquiries- Answers

1. What do I do if I need to chanage or modify an existing order?
Please do not send orders or changes to existing orders via email. If you need to make a change to an existing order, please call us after 1 AM or fax us your request.

2. What is the password for the ordernet produce placement system?
You will need to establish an account with Integrated Trade Services prior to using the Ordernet System. Once you have created an account, you will be able to place orders online.

3. What are your hours of operation?
We are available between the hours of 12 A.M (Midnight) and 6 P.M. Monday - Friday. We can be reached at (650) 244-1421.
